How to use

  1. Type a city or time zone in the search box and press Enter. Add as many as you need.
  2. The first city is the base. Use the ⇡ button to make another city the base.
  3. Set the date, working hours and meeting length. Columns where every city is at work turn green in the top row.
  4. Click any hour to choose it, then copy the text or add the slot to Google Calendar.

Reading the grid

Yellow cells are inside the working hours you set. Light blue cells are early morning or evening (06:00–22:00 outside working hours). Dark cells are night. A blue line marks where a city crosses midnight into the next or previous day.

Why daylight saving time matters

Europe and North America change their clocks on different weekends, so the gap between London and New York is 4 hours for a few weeks each year instead of 5. The planner uses your browser’s built-in IANA time zone database for the date you pick, so the times are correct for that exact day.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. There is no account, no trial and no limit on cities or use.

Does it support cities with 30 or 45-minute offsets?

Yes. India (UTC+5:30), Nepal (UTC+5:45), Newfoundland, Adelaide and other non-hour offsets show their exact local times.

Where is my city list stored?

Only in your browser’s local storage on this device. Nothing is sent to a server.

Can I add a time zone that isn’t in the city list?

Yes. Search for any IANA time zone name, such as America/Denver or Asia/Almaty.
